Our approach
We aim to make the site understandable and usable with a keyboard, assistive technology and different screen sizes. The design uses semantic headings, visible focus indicators, labelled form controls, text alternatives and support for reduced motion.
Adjusting the experience
You can zoom using your browser, navigate interactive elements with the Tab key and use the skip-to-content link. Optional animations respond to your device’s reduced-motion preference. Essential information does not depend on animation.
Tell us about a barrier
If something is difficult to use, contact us with the page address, what you were trying to do and, if possible, the device or assistive technology involved. We can discuss an alternative way to receive the information or make an enquiry.
Ongoing improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing process. We target WCAG 2.2 AA, but do not claim independent certification or that every third-party service meets the same standard. We review reported issues and prioritise improvements that affect access to our service.
