Who is responsible for your information?
365 Education Hub is responsible for the personal information collected through this website for its education consultancy enquiries. You can contact us through our contact page about privacy or your data. Our published contact details, when available, are also shown there.
What we collect and why
Our enquiry forms collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details, education, residency category and study preferences. We use these to respond to you and discuss possible study routes. We ask for an age range rather than your date of birth, and do not request identity documents or Student Finance credentials through this website.
Our basis for processing
We use the information you provide to take steps at your request before providing our service, and where relevant for our legitimate interests in administering and securing enquiries. The form records your acknowledgement that we may contact you about your enquiry. Optional email marketing is based on your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting your enquiry.
Who may receive your information
Authorised team members can access enquiries. Website hosting, secure database, security and communication providers may process information on our behalf. If a CRM is configured, enquiry details are sent to that service to help our team respond. Notification emails contain an enquiry reference rather than your full application details. We do not sell your information. We will explain any proposed sharing with a university before forwarding application information.
Storage and international transfers
Enquiry information is held in the website’s configured database and, where enabled, its connected CRM. Access is restricted to authorised administrators. Where a provider processes information outside the UK, appropriate transfer arrangements must apply. You can contact us for details of the providers used for your enquiry.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry information for as long as reasonably needed to respond, provide requested support and meet any applicable record-keeping obligations. Records should be reviewed when an enquiry closes and deleted when no longer needed. Contact us to request the retention details that apply to your enquiry or to ask for deletion.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information, or object to processing. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time. Contact us through the contact page with “Privacy request” in your message. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Security and automated decisions
The website uses access controls, server-side validation and spam checks. Technical rate-limit identifiers are hashed and kept temporarily to reduce abuse. If enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information for spam prevention. The eligibility form does not make automated admission or funding decisions.
