Tell us what happened
Use our contact form and include “Complaint” at the start of your message. Explain what happened, when it happened and what outcome you are seeking. Include an enquiry reference if you have one. Please avoid sharing sensitive documents at this stage.
How we will respond
We will review the concern, acknowledge it and explain who is handling it and the expected next steps. We may ask for more information. If a response takes longer than expected, we should explain the reason and provide an update.
If you remain unhappy
Ask for a further review, explaining which points remain unresolved. Where the concern relates to a university admission decision, teaching provision or a Student Finance decision, the relevant organisation’s complaints or appeal process applies. We can help you identify the appropriate route.
Privacy concerns
For concerns about personal information, include “Privacy complaint” in your message. You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office through ico.org.uk. Raising a complaint does not affect your statutory rights.
